In order to be able to reinstall IZYTRONIC software to another PC, it must first be uninstalled. Complete the following steps to uninstall.
1. Back up the database:
Click Settings -> Database -> Back up database in the lower left area of the IZITRONIQ start page view.
2. Uninstall IZYTRONIQ:
Uninstall the following programs in the Apps and Features menu (Windows 8: Programs and Features) in the order specified below:
Caution: A dialog box appears when uninstalling IZYTRON.IQ. Do not enter a checkmark to this dialog box!
3. Download IZITRONIQ software:
Access our website at www.izytron.com
Click Service -> Downloads in the upper right area in order to access various versions of IZYTRONIQ software.
Select and download the appropriate version.
4. Reinstall:
Now install the appropriate IZYTRONIQ software to the desired PC. The same license key can be used as was also the case for the initial installation. If you lose your license key, please contact our Product Support team.
5. Restore your data:
Upload the previously generated data backup to the desired PC.
Click Settings -> Database -> Restore database in the lower left area of the IZITRONIQ start page view.
