Summation current transformer

If the current measurement is to be recorded with two or up to eight current transformers and the total consumption is to be calculated, the secondary signals from the individual current transformers can be summed with the help of summation current transformers. This makes it possible to record the total consumption with just one measuring instrument.

Not only the input currents are added, also the number of inputs are divided. At the output of the summation current transformer a normalized measuring signal is available.
