Gossen Metrawatt – Safety as Tradition

Nuremberg-based GMC-I Messtechnik GmbH will rename itself after its own "Gossen Metrawatt" brand as of the 1st of October, 2020. The new Gossen Metrawatt GmbH is thus setting a milestone where brand loyalty is concerned and is consolidating already strong brand name awareness amongst its customers. "Our customers have known us for decades as Gossen Metrawatt, and thus it only makes sense to use such a strong brand name as a company name as well," explains Marcel Hutka, Managing Director Technology & Sales.

Gossen Metrawatt is synonymous with safety and quality made in Germany and, as a global market leader for more than 114 years, offers top quality products in the fields of measuring and test technology, e-mobility, battery testing technology, medical engineering, energy management, power quality, laboratory power supplies and digital services for customers. Especially high priority is placed on the latter, because digitalization will have a significant influence on the future. "Intelligent cloud solutions are just one of many issues which are important for Gossen Metrawatt within this context," continues Marcel Hutka.

Gossen Metrawatt GmbH will kick off the future with its new name on 1 October 2020, and promises to continue to live up to its role as a quality and innovation leader who can look back on a distinguished history, high levels of competence with focus on customer.
